Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through the contact information provided at checkout.

02. Delivery Timeline

Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen courier delays may affect delivery timelines. The estimated timeline is not a guaranteed delivery date.

03. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all orders, subject to the terms displayed on our website at checkout. Any applicable additional charges will be shown before the order is confirmed.

04. Order Tracking

Use the tracking information provided after dispatch to follow your shipment. If your tracking details are unavailable or your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact our support team.

05. Delivery Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code and contact number are correct when placing an order. Incorrect details or an unavailable recipient may result in delivery delays or additional delivery attempts.

06. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or appears tampered with, take photographs of the package and its contents, where possible, and contact our support team promptly.
